Products can be picked up from shop, via SF-Delivery (Pay in advance) or free local delivery upon purchases over HKD800 on accessories or HKD250 on roasted coffee beans (Except Outlying Islands or Remote Areas).

Price will be appeared as free and HK$0 for freight collect upon checkout (Excluding free local delivery upon reaching a specific amount of purchases)

結帳時,凡選擇順豐到付送貨服務,訂單送貨費用會顯示為 免費 及 HK$0 ,代表運費將會由物流公司直接收取 (免運費優惠以外)。

【Lead Time 發貨時間】

1. 現貨產品

Product(s) will be sent out within 2 working days if the product(s) that is(are) in stock.
一般情況下,我們會於收到您付款後於 1 - 2 個工作天內,安排包裝及出貨。

2. Pre-order product(s) 訂購及預訂產品

Pre-order product(s) will be ordered/roasted after the payment is done. Product(s) will be shipped within 2 working days after the product(s) is(are) ready.

Pre-order and in stock will be shipped when all products are ready. Please pay pre-order and in stock product(s) SEPARATELY if you wish to receive the in stock ones when it is ready.
Kind reminder: Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays and Shop Closed days are excluded from working days.

訂購/預訂產品則於收到您付款後訂貨,到貨/完成後我們會另作通知,並於 1 - 2 個工作天內,安排包裝及出貨。

如同一訂單中,同時包含現貨及訂購 / 預訂產品,或是到貨時間不同的訂購 / 預訂產品,該訂單將默認為所有產品到貨後才會出貨。如想先收取現貨產品,建議分單購買。

溫馨提示 : 工作天不包括星期六、日、公眾假期及休息日。

2. Local SF-Delivery 本地順豐快遞

Products will be shipped via SF-Delivery. Each order can be sent to one destination. Please separate payment for different shipping location(Except Outlying Islands or Remote Areas).

我們會於收到訂單後,透過順豐快遞(S.F.Express) 安排到付送貨。配送依據訂單提供的地址處理,每份訂單只限送往一個地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址,請按不同地址分開下單。

運送地址包括順豐站、順便智能櫃、工商及住宅地址 (偏遠地區及離島除外)

Please note that some areas may not be reached by SF-Delivery and no specific time slot can be chosen for the delivery. For details please check with SF Delivery website.
- Please take note partial SF Locker locations can only be accessed by resident.
You will receive the shipping tracking reference via e-mail or WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
An SMS notification will be sent by SF Delivery when the order arrives the SF Espress Station or SF Locker location.

SF Locker location:
Order has to be collected within 24 or 30 hours after receiving the SMS, depends on the high/low usage rate of the SF Locker location.

SF Store Locations
Order has to be collected within 2 days after receiving the SMS.

Order will be sent back to SF back office after the collection period. Please contact SF Delivery customer service for re-arranging delivery service.

- 部份智能櫃只限住戶取件。如非在屋苑住戶,請勿選擇該屋苑的智能櫃。
- 出貨後,您將收到附有訂單資料及產品運單追蹤編號的電郵/WhatsApp.
-預訂產品則會再另行通知,出貨後會收到另一封附有產品運單號的電郵/WhatsApp。當產品送到您所選擇的順便智能櫃、順豐站門市或服務中心後,順豐會發送 SMS 通知您取貨。

- 請於SMS指定時段內通知取件:
a. 「熱門」順便智能櫃:24小時內。
b. 「非熱門」順便智能櫃:30小時內。
c. 順豐站:3天內。
d. 逾期的快件由順豐快遞回收。請您致電順豐客戶服務熱線,重新安排取件。

Shipping Time 運送時間

You will receive delivery/pickup notification within 3-5 working days

However, the delivery time may be affected due to festivals (such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter) or excessive orders. Delivery service will be delayed when typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted or black rainstorm warning is in force.


Returned/Refund Policy 退貨/退款政策

Tableware and accessories

Merchandise items will be filmed and sent to designated WhatsApp contact number for examination before sending out (by third party carrier). Fragile items with be wrapped with extra care. Customer has to responsible for any risk or/and damage arising from the transportation carried by third party.

Returns are not accepted in the following situations

1. No return will be made after 3 days from receiving the product.
2. The product has been opened for use, or damaged due to human factors, such as: stains, wear, and dirt.
3. Malicious or large returns.
4. Slight creases on the outer packaging do not affect the quality of the product itself.
5. Personal coffee flavour that does not meet customer expectations.
6. Colour of the product itself may differ due to different display devices, product is not applicable for a refund is this case.

Goods exchange is subject to the stock availability in store and is not applicable to pre-order items.

Note: For all international physical product orders which are not shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package if you are not taking the trackable shipping. We will not refund any orders which go over the delay prescript by the postal service. Refunds are not possible for an order not received for international orders, if the shipping option was not trackable.


1. 申請應在接收貨品後3天內通知
2. 貨品一經,打開恕不退換。恕不接受人為的損壞(如弄污、皺褶、污漬)
3. 非正常的大量貨品一併退款/換貨
4. 包裝盒的小量受損並不會影響產品本身的質素
5. 咖啡味道未能達致客人心目中的期望
6. 所有貨品原貌、顔色跟相片可能會因顯示器不同有少許差異,貨物出門,不設退換,敬請理解。


Roasted beans or green beans 烘焙咖啡豆及生豆

We accept return/refunds if the product(s) sent is not equivalent to the order information. Otherwise, refund of made to order roasted beans/packaging/seasonal hamper are not accepted.


The returned product must be unopened and in sellable condition.
Please provide us with a video recording of the whole original packaging (including the outer packaging carton), otherwise no refund/exchange will be accepted.

You can choose between a refund via the payment method used when purchasing the item, an exchange or an e-shop credit.

Green beans or roasted beans sold at First Glance are non-refundable.



Customs 關稅

You will be responsible of any customs fees related to your order. Please note that the taxes charged by your country’s customs is solely determined by them.

The customs fee will depend on the value of the package and the item bought. Please refer to your country’s customs for further approximation of the cost. 


Personal Responsibility 個人責任

You agree that you are responsible for all activities carried out on or through your User Account, and you authorise us to assume that any person using this Site with your User Account is either you or is authorised to act for you or by you to do so. You agree to pay for every order made under your User Account and agree to indemnify First Glance for all claims, losses and damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from or in connection with the use of your User Account (whether or not authorised by you). You shall be responsible for safeguarding your User Account and registration information including your credit card details etc., provided to First Glance. You shall be responsible for notifying the bank of any changes to your records, or loss, theft or unauthorised use of your credit card.


Placing an order means you agree to purchase Products in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out herein. After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. However, it is not an acceptance of your order. We shall make every effort to fulfil your order, but shall not be liable to you if we shall decline or become unable to fulfil an order for whatever reason, including supply shortage or supply modification, or consider unreliable for credit reason or otherwise in its sole discretion.


Products and Prices displayed on this Site are for reference only and are subject to alteration or modification as at the time of actual transaction.


Suggested shelf life of coffee beans: 3 months
Suggested shelf life of coffee powder: it is recommended to drink as soon as possible

建議烘焙咖啡粉存放期限: 一經開封,建議盡快飲用。

First Glance Company Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.


In case of any dispute, the decision of First Glance Company Limited shall be final.


In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
